feeling overwhelmed? go stretch your legs. get yourself some fresh air. i know a few “experts” who will say a brisk walk can have overwhelming effects on your attitude so you can make positive changes in your life.
stressed to the max? of course you are you silly twit! your head is buried up your ass! go fly a kite. set your mind free to explore the possibilities and untie the binds that hold you down.
unappreciated and directionless? go mow the lawn. make yourself useful by keeping up on day to day chores – others may notice your attention to detail / cleanliness and your efforts will be rewarded.
ugly? look, i can’t solve all your problems!
we all have issues that weigh us down and prevent us from accomplishing our goals or even keep us from making the right decisions. we focus on the negatives of the challenge sometimes, which is the worst possible thing to do.
Johnny – “There’s so much work to do on this project and the deadline is tomorrow!”
Margarrett – “I’m no good at this. I hate writing assignments. I’ll probably fail, anyway.”
That may be true, margarett, but the answer is in clearing the mind. take a break. relax. everything will work out. take a look at janet leigh in “psycho”. she just stole a lot of money and is a whore and is focused on all the worst possible solutions.
with all the negative energy encircling her little world, she still knows where she can go to find happiness: the shower. look at the scene again. see the happiness on her face as the warm water hits her and as she scrubs her neck and arms. suddenly, she hasn’t a care in the world. all her troubles are going right down the drain. isn’t that wonderful?
so think about that the next time you feel stressed out, unable to focus on the positives. get up, go for a walk. or take a shower. sure, you run the risk of being stabbed to death by a transvestite, but you’re gonna die eventually anyway.
i hope this helps.

Actually, the only time I DON’T fear being stabbed by a transvestite is when I’m in the shower.
I still have to remind myself of this, often. I’ll end up watching a movie or playing a video game… just something completely fun and engaging that doesn’t feel like creative work or whatever else may be plaguing me. As far as the fresh air goes, I used to do that, too, when Katie was around.
In my opinion you are not right. I am assured. I suggest it to discuss. Write to me in PM.
ms. naval – i called last night. you never answered. i wanted to discuss mowing your lawn, dear. let’s make it a reality! real soon, k? ;-)
mark – those showers can be treacherous! just, regardless, whatever else happens, and for the love of humanity, please keep using them!! please!!!!! ;-)
